Capacitar* wellbeing practices at Finn’s Place offer a variety of simple, slow, restorative and energising mindful body based practices in a group setting. They can help to boost your overall wellbeing and in dealing with the stress and strains in every day life.
Capacitar practices are open to everyone and adapted to the needs of the group. They are accessible to people with limited mobility with the option of being seated for the whole session when needed. The exercises include simple, slow, flowing mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. The exercises come from a variety of holistic ancient, traditional and modern practices from around the world.
Facilitators of Capacitar share these relaxing body, heart and mind based practices in a variety of community settings. These trauma informed practices are used to support people from all walks of life so they can feel
more resourced and resilient. They provide an opportunity for people to tune into their own inner wisdom, nurturing more peace, healing and wholeness both individually and collectively.
