Embodied Movement and Voice
Friday 11:30am - 12:45pm Pay what you can £3-£10. Get in touch if you would like to come but cost is a barrier. To book a place at a session, or if you have any questions, please contact Nina directly at [email protected] |

Gently shake off the creaks, croaks and cares of the week and connect to your body and voice through movement and singing in a supportive, judgement-free space.
Nina will lead us in fun and relaxing exercises to ground ourselves and tune into our sensations, imagination and movement impulses.
We'll be working with the breath and vibrations that make up our unique sound. All bodies and voices are welcome and all exercises can be adapted to suit your needs. Once we're warmed up, we'll sing songs with beautiful harmonies and uplifting words to set us up for the day ahead.
Reasons to come:
Finding more comfort and ease in your movement, breathing and voice - which can have huge ripple effects in daily life
Connecting with others on the same journey
Feeling uplifted, relaxed and ready for the day
Feel free to stay for tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards to connect and chat! :)
Led by Glasgow-based dance and voice practitioner Nina Enemark:
"As someone who dances and sings, and is passionate about how these things connect me to others as well as bring me home to myself, I love practicing with others and sharing what I've learnt over the years. My practice draws on various forms of contemporary dance and improvisation, somatic and performance practices, and embodied voice work. Much of the material derives from performance-oriented practices but I believe that these are tools for life and simply being in the world and with each other, so I try to make them as accessible as possible."
