Listening Service

A safe, non-judgmental and welcoming space for you to talk through what is going on in your life right now.

To register please complete this form, or contact jacqui@finnsplace.org.

This is not counselling or therapy, but simply a space for you to speak out loud what is on your mind and
be encouraged to think through what is important to you.
Why?
We all have a need
  • to be understood and understand
  • feel valued and respected
  • express feelings honestly
  • find meaning and purpose
  • build inner resilience
  • discover hope
When we face change and uncertainty, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, stress and anxiety, it can be helpful to put how we are feelign into words.
Talking things over with someone who will listen well can lead to understanding better our own feeligns and so find ways to manage our own personal situation.

Who?
Finn's Place volunteers are registered and trained listeners with Listen Well Scotland and will offer you a safe space and time to explore your concerns or worries in confidence.

When?
When you need to talk, fill in the online form, or contact jacqui@finnsplace.org, or phone 0141 632 7520 and ask for an appointment. The office will arrange a time that suits both you and the listerner to meet at Finn's Place.
