Below is a description of a Moving through Menopause class - does this sound like the kind of thing that you'd enjoy & join?
We will do this using the nurturing touch of Shiatsu with acupressure points and self massage and flowing mindful movements of Qigong together with some breathwork. You will also learn simple tools of “just a minute exercises” that you can take home with you and use anywhere.
These sessions are a safe space to reconnect with your body, heart and mind, build resilience, and find balance through this powerful life transition. Come as you are - no experience needed, simply be open to take care of yourself in a kind, natural way.
