Mindfulness Based Living Course
We will be running this course April - June:

This is an eight week course consisting of eight classes, which are two hours long, preceded by an introductory class before the eight week course begins. A half day of Mindfulness practice is also included between weeks 6 and 7.
The MBLC course draws upon and follows the same proven 8 week format as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Open Mindfulness courses and practices are secular so are suitable for everyone.

Compassion Based Living Course
We will be running this course again soon.
This is an 8 week course building on the foundations of the Mindfulness Based Living Course with a focus on compassion practices for ourselves and for others.
The series begins with an introductory class, then the eight week course, each session consisting of a two hour class. A half day of Compassion practice is also included between weeks 6 and 7.
This course is open to those who have completed MBLC, MBCT, MBSR, other Mindfulness based interventions or a similar course/foundation course on mindfulness.
