Candlelight Mini Yoga Retreat

We will use techniques and postures that strengthen the lungs and warm the body against the chill of winter, release tension in the shoulders and neck, helping free up the chest and back, improve circulation and bring calm. Practice is at a slower pace, attuned to the breath, enabling a strong connection between body, mind and the present moment. As the light fades, practice will be in candlelight.
We will use yoga nidra to experience a state of deep tranquillity and round off our session with loving kindness meditation, in gratitude to those who support us, and offering loving kindness to those without such support.
In the run up to Christmas, energy can run low with demands on our time spiralling often beyond our control. This retreat is a breathing space to let go of tension, restore vitality and enable us to reconnect with our true selves with kindness and calm.
