Mindful Flow - a vinyasa based yoga class with an emphasis on harnessing the breath and developing resources to regulate our nervous system and invite more ease into your daily life. Suitable for all levels, newbies very welcome!
About Kerry. 

A qualified hatha yoga 200Hr certified instructor, I’ve been teaching yoga classes in renowned yoga studios and retreats from Thailand to Scotland since 2019.
I see yoga as a deeply personal practice which, therefore, requires a customised approach for each practitioner. I understand that each of my students is an individual and focus on helping them understand their unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.
My classes weave a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.
