Mindful Flow - a vinyasa based yoga class with an emphasis on harnessing the breath and developing resources to regulate our nervous system and invite more ease into your daily life. A qualified hatha yoga 200Hr certified instructor, I’ve been teaching yoga classes in renowned yoga studios and retreats from Thailand to Scotland since 2019. I see yoga as a deeply personal practice which, therefore, requires a customised approach for each practitioner. I understand that each of my students is an individual and focus on helping them understand their unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic. My classes weave a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation. Fiona is passionate about sharing yoga with others to improve mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. She weaves mindfulness through her practice and teaching to enhance connection to the present moment and promote self-compassion. She enjoys using gravity with the breath to find lightness and relieve tension and has experience teaching accessible yoga for those with a wide range of support needs, as well as pre and postnatal yoga.
