Fiona is passionate about sharing yoga with others to improve mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. She weaves mindfulness through her practice and teaching to enhance connection to the present moment and promote self-compassion. She enjoys using gravity with the breath to find lightness and relieve tension and has experience teaching accessible yoga for those with a wide range of support needs, as well as pre and postnatal yoga. |
