Wild Wellness Workshops
Dive into the world of wellness with Wild Wellness Workshops at Finns place. We will spend time in the garden, or the garden room depending on weather and needs of the group. Each session is an opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and nurture your wellbeing. From gentle natural movement exercises to immersive sensory awareness and learning experiences about wildlife, including plants, trees, birds, insects etc, We can do some nature journalling and nature crafting. There is something for everyone looking to reconnect with the beauty of the outdoors.

Stewart McDonald holds a DSFH diploma in Solution focused hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.
He will run three sessions at Finn's starting the 12th of March.
Session one- Intro and explanation on the associations that occur in the brain that causes Stress/anxiety/sleep issues/complex food health choices/phobias and addictions?
This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute period of deep relaxation
Session 2- Identifying change.
Session 3 - Consolidation.
