Mindfulness Based Living Course
Wednesdays 7.30pm - 9.30pm
This is an eight week course consisting of eight classes, which are two hours long and a mini Mindfulness retreat practice one weekend during the course running period.
The MBLC course draws upon and follows the same proven 8 week format as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Open Mindfulness courses and practices are secular so are suitable for everyone. Cost: £120/£80 conc.
