Feedback from previous courses

I learned a lot from this course. I was very naive to the different types of mental illness.

The trainer brought the material to life well and showed compassion for people with any issues as individuals and not just different diagnosis.

Really useful and well-presented course. Since almost everyone knows someone who will go through hard times it's a valuable life skill to learn. Thanks.

The course gave me the awareness and confidence to be able to deal with mental health situations.
