Message from Dr Veronica in light of the virus outbreak:
The most important thing you can do is to nurture yourselves and stay calm and healthy , eating and sleeping well and enjoying the daily things in life which bring you joy.
Stress encourages the release of the fight or flight hormone cortisol and lowers the immune system in the process so don’t believe everything you read or hear and restrict your media fix to twice daily only !
Remember you can still sing and laugh and breathe and walk in the woods and spend time with those whom you love!
