A monthly group practice for anyone who has previously learned TRE either at the 3 Monday block or elsewhere. An opportunity to practice together and expand your practice.

Learn to access your body’s natural shaking response for releasing stress and tension. Shaking is part of many practices and traditions but essentially this mechanism is present in all mammals for recovery and rejuvenation. We often see shaking as a negative symptom of nervousness however it is simply the body releasing tension and down regulating the nervous system. TRE® can show how to access the shaking at your own time and pace.
Benefits can include: reduced anxiety and stress, relieving muscle cramps and tension, improved sleep, improved recovery and performance, getting to know your nervous system and make better choices about your energy.
The sessions involve:
Stretching and Embodiment
Grounding and Rest
Shaking and Self-regulation
These group sessions are limited to 6 people and can support releasing mild to moderate stress and boosting general health.
Some health conditions require an individual session or may need an advanced practitioner.
All participants are required to fill out a health questionnaire when booking.
TRE is a self-help practice that is both easy and complex. Every time you shake there can be subtle differences. I am offering these sessions as a block of 3 to allow for this. Each block is suitable for beginners or returners.
