We will spend time in the garden, or the garden room depending on weather and needs of the group. Each session is an opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and nurture your wellbeing. From gentle natural movement exercises to immersive sensory awareness andlearning experiences about wildlife, including plants, trees, birds, insects etc, We can do some nature journalling and nature crafting. There is something for everyone looking to reconnect with the beauty of the outdoors. |
